HC21 Team run Ladies Mini Marathon in Cork for Edel House

On Sunday 16th November, some of the Healthcare 21 Team in Cork ran the Ladies Mini Marathon for one of our chosen charity partners Edel House.

Hailed as Munster’s premier women’s road race, it has grown to become one of the biggest sporting participation events in the region, attracting approx. 8,000 participants, many of whom are fundraising for their chosen charity. The event is hosted by the Athletic Association of Ireland (Cork).

The race attracts women (and a few men!) of all ages and abilities, who are instrumental in supporting local and national charities.

The sun was shining on the day and the atmosphere around the City was fantastic.  Pictured are Caitriona Deasy, Sharon O’Leary and Sarah Corcoran from our team with their medals.  Well done girls!
