Corporate Social Responsibility


Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is when Healthcare 21 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) operates in an ethical and sustainable way, which deals with environmental and social impacts. CSR describes the efforts to improve society in some way, which can range from charity work to implementing environmentally friendly policies in the workplace. The Company manages and applies CSR through its business processes to produce and overall positively impact society.


CSR aims to ensure that the Company conducts the business in a way that is ethical. This means taking account of social, economic and environmental impact, with the consideration of human rights.

The policy applies to all employees and third parties.

The Company is committed to understanding, monitoring and managing its social, environmental and economic impact to enable it to contribute to society’s wider goal of sustainable development. This commitment is deeply ingrained in its core values and aim to demonstrate these responsibilities through its actions and within its corporate policies.

The Company defines CSR as follows:

The Company does not engage in or tolerate unlawful workplace conduct, including discrimination, intimidation, or harassment.   It actively support initiatives in the communities where employees live and work. This commitment is visible in the Company’s contributions of financial, equipment and volunteer support.  All employees are encouraged to contribute time and energy in roles in community organisations.
