The Healthcare 21 Engineering Teams provide a full Warranty and After Sales Service on a wide range of products. We offer a comprehensive range of services including Site survey, Installation, Operational Advice, Essential Upgrades, Corrective Maintenance, Phone, Repair and Breakdown Support and Annual/Biennial PM Service Contracts, up to and including fully comprehensive 7/365/year service contracts as required. Service contracts are designed to maintain the optimal performance of equipment and bespoke to the needs of each Customer. Our aim is to provide a consistent and exceptional service that exceeds the expectations of our customers and maximises uptime of equipment, including the provision of loan equipment when available.
We use our Asset Management System, AssetTrak, to track and trace each process/movement that occurs, parts that are fitted and any upgrades to each Device. We provide all customers with certification and relevant test results. Customers are encouraged to utilise the system to view product service history and trends on product breakdown, repair frequency and costs, AssetTrak allows for storage and download of service certificates and view reports to enable informed decision making as required.
