Warranty & After Sales Critical Care
The Engineering Teams provide a full Warranty and After Sales Service on all Critical Care Devices distributed (either sold or on loan) – including Ventilation, Temperature Management, Infusion, Monitoring and Respiratory Products.
Our highly experienced Engineers undertake full Manufacturer Training on all products and are recertified regularly to ensure skills are relevant and they are equipped with the latest technical information. All work is completed in line with Manufacturer Approved Procedures and only OEM parts are used.
Healthcare 21 Group Companies offer a comprehensive range of services including Installation, Operational Advice, Essential Upgrades, Corrective Maintenance, Phone, Repair and Breakdown Support and Annual/Biennial PM Service Contracts designed to maintain the optimal performance of each device and bespoke to the needs of each Customer. Our aim is to provide a consistent and exceptional service that exceeds the expectations of our customers and maximises uptime of critical patient care equipment, including the provision of loan equipment if required.
We use our Asset Management System, AssetTrak, to track and trace each process/movement that occurs to each Device and both a full Service/Repair and Electrical Safety Test Report are provided to the customer every time a device is seen by the Engineering Team. All test equipment used by the Team is maintained and calibrated to the required standards annually and calibration certificates can be provided if requested.
